ILM72

Having completed a Masters in Work and Organisational Psychology, Nollaig has Level A and Level B (Inter) in psychometric testing.

Since 2006, Nollaig has had a strong working relationship with psychometric test publishers AQR Ltd, with whom she has worked closely on the development of the Institute of Leadership and Management endorsed integrated leadership measure, the ILM72. Nollaig is a licensed user for both the ILM72 and AQR Ltd’s stress-coping indicator, the MTQ48.

SPORT PSYCHOLOGY

Nollaig is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society’s Division of Sport and Exercise Psychology and is registered as a Sport and Exercise Psychologist with the Health Professions Council (Margaret Nollaig Heffernan; Reg. No. PYL05696).
